    The analysis of the noise and itseffects on the surrounding has beencompleted by the Institute of theTraffic Faculty in Belgrade and it wasconcluded that none of the Airportactivities threaten any of the existingcommunities.

    Geotechnical soil testing

    Geotechnical testing was done by the Faculty of Civil Engineeringin Belgrade.

    The soil type is actually the same throughout the entire Airportlocation and the following geotechnical profile can be accepted in

    principle:

    0 to 0.4m humus

    0.4 to 1.1m dust sand dark color clay

    1.1 to 2.1m dust sand yellow color clay

    2.1 to 4.2m dust sand yellow grey clay, rich in CaCO34.2 to 5m dust sand yellow clay

    Underground water has not been encountered to the abovementioned depth of testing.
