3 EinsatzmöglichkeitenDieses hochwertige Aktiv-Lautsprecherpaar eignetsich für HiFi-Anwendungen, als Monitorsystem imHomerecording-Studio, für AV-Präsentationen, alsHigh-End-PC-Lautsprecher und für alle anderenAnwendungen in kleineren Räumen, bei denen es aufeine hervorragende, detailreiche Klangwiedergabeankommt.
Jede Lautsprecherbox verfügt über einen 16-cm-Tiefmitteltonlautsprecher mit Glasfasermembran undeinen 2,54-cm-Kalottenhochtöner, jeweils durch sepa-rate Verstärkerendstufen gesteuert. Die Lautsprechersind magnetisch abgeschirmt. Der Hochtonanteil lässtsich über einen Drehschalter z. B. an die Raumakustikanpassen.
Die Verstärker sind gegen Überlastung mit einemLimiter und mit Schutzschaltungen gegen Kurzschluss,Überhitzung und Gleichspannung an den Ausgängenausgestattet.
4 Aufstellen und AnschließenDie Lautsprecher auf einen ebenen Untergrund stellenund auf die Ohren des Hörers ausrichten. Die Hochtö-ner sollten sich möglichst auf Ohrhöhe befinden.
Stellen Sie die Lautsprecher nicht zu dicht anWände oder in Ecken, da dies den Frequenzgang ver-fälscht und die Wärmeabfuhr des eingebauten Ver-stärkers behindert.
Die Lautsprecher werden mit einer abnehmbaren,magnetisch haftenden Stoffbespannung geliefert. Ach-ten Sie beim Transport darauf, dass sie sich nicht löst.
4.1 Signalquelle anschließenFür den Anschluss einer Signalquelle mit Line-Pegel(z. B. CD-Spieler, Mischpultausgang, Line-Ausgangeines Computers) stehen drei Eingangsbuchsen zurAuswahl.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betriebgenommen werden, übergeben Sie es zurumweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtli-chen Recyclingbetrieb.
WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährlichhoher Netzspannung versorgt. NehmenSie deshalb niemals selbst Eingriffe amGerät vor. Durch unsachgemäßes Vor-gehen besteht die Gefahr eines elektri-schen Schlages.

1) Für symmetrische Signale eignet sich die XLR-Buchse (3) und die 6,3-mm-Klinkenbuchse (2)[Belegung der Kontakte � Kapitel 6].
2) Für asymmetrische Signale eignet sich die Cinch-Buchse (1) oder die 6,3-mm-Klinkenbuchse (2),wenn 2-polige Klinkenstecker verwendet werden.
Bei der gleichzeitigen Nutzung mehrerer Buchsenwerden die Eingangssignale gemischt.
4.2 StromversorgungDen Stecker des Netzkabels (8) in eine Netzsteckdose(230 V~/50 Hz) stecken.
5 Bedienung
Hinweis: Um Schaltgeräusche zu vermeiden, dieLautsprecher immer nach den angeschlos-senen Geräten einschalten und nach demGebrauch zuerst ausschalten.
1) Den Regler GAIN (4) zunächst auf -30 dB (Links-anschlag) stellen und die Lautsprecherbox mit demSchalter POWER (6) einschalten. Die LED auf derVorderseite leuchtet.
2) Mit dem Regler GAIN die Eingangsverstärkung aufdie Signalquelle abstimmen. Den Regler nur so weitaufdrehen, dass der Ton nicht verzerrt wiedergege-ben wird.
3) Wenn gewünscht, den Hochtonanteil mit demSchalter HF ADJUST (5) im Bereich von -2 dB bis+1 dB anpassen.
4) Nach dem Gebrauch die Lautsprecherbox mit demSchalter POWER wieder ausschalten.

3 ApplicationsThis high-quality pair of active speakers is suitable forHiFi applications, as a monitor system in the homerecording studio, for AV presentations, as High End PCspeakers, and for all other applications in smallerrooms requiring an excellent sound reproductionwhich is rich in detail.
Each speaker system has a 16 cm bass-midrangespeaker with glass fibre cone and a 2.54 cm (1") dometweeter, controlled in each case by a separate poweramplifier. The speakers are provided with magneticshielding. The high range can be adapted e. g. to theacoustics of the room via a rotary switch.
The amplifiers are equipped with a limiter againstoverload and with protective circuits against short cir-cuit, overheating, and DC voltage content at the outputs.
4 Setting-up and ConnectingPlace the speakers on an even surface and align themto the ears of the listener. The tweeters should be atearʼs height, if possible.
Do not place the speakers too close to walls or incorners as this will falsify the frequency response andimpair the heat dissipation of the installed amplifier.
The speakers are supplied with a detachable mag-netic fabric cover. When transporting the speakers,make sure that the cover does not come off.
If the unit is to be put out of operation defini-tively, take it to a local recycling plant for adisposal which is not harmful to the environ-ment.
WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardousmains voltage. Leave servicing toskilled personnel only. Inexpert han-dling of the unit may cause an electricshock hazard.

4.1 Connecting the signal sourceFor the connection of a signal source with line level(e. g. CD player, mixer output, line output of a com-puter) three input jacks are available.
1) For balanced signals the XLR jack (3) and the6.3 mm jack (2) are suitable [configuration of thecontacts � chapter 6].
2) For unbalanced signals the phono jack (1) or the6.3 mm jack (2) is suitable if 2-pole plugs are used.
When several jacks are used at the same time, theinput signals are mixed.
4.2 Power supplyConnect the plug of the mains cable (8) to a mainssocket (230 V~/50 Hz).
5 Operation
Note: To prevent switching noise, always switch on thespeakers after the units connected and switchthem off first after use.
1) Set the control GAIN (4) to -30 dB (left stop) firstand switch on the speaker system with the POWERswitch (6). The LED on the front side lights up.
2) Tune the input amplification to the signal sourcewith the control GAIN. Only turn up the control so farthat the sound will not be distorted.
3) If desired, adapt the high range from -2 dB to +1 dBwith the switch HF ADJUST (5).
4) After use switch off the speaker system with thePOWER switch.

CAUTION Never adjust the audio system to a veryhigh volume. Permanent high volumesmay damage your hearing! The humanear will get accustomed to high volumeswhich do not seem to be that high anymore after some time. Therefore, do notfurther increase a high volume after get-ting used to it.

3 Possibilités dʼutilisationCette paire dʼenceintes actives de grande qualité estadaptée pour des applications Hi-Fi, comme systèmemoniteur en studio dʼenregistrement personnel, pourdes présentations AV, comme haut-parleur dʼordina-teur PC HIGH-END et pour tout autre type dʼapplica-tions dans des pièces plus petites où une restitutionsonore précise et riche en détails est nécessaire.
Chaque enceinte dispose dʼun haut-parleur degrave-médium 16 cm avec membrane en fibres deverre et dʼun haut-parleur dʼaigu à dôme 2,54 cm,gérée respectivement par des étages amplificateursdistincts. Les haut-parleurs sont dotés dʼun blindagemagnétique; la part dʼaigu peut être adaptée à lʼacous-tique de la pièce par exemple via un potentiomètrerotatif.
Les amplificateurs sont protégés contre les sur-charges par un limiteur et contre les court-circuit, sur-chauffe et présence de tension continue en sortie pardes circuits de protection.
4 Positionnement et branchementsPositionnez les enceintes sur un support plat, orientez-les vers les oreilles de lʼauditeur. Les haut-parleursdʼaigu devraient être à hauteur dʼoreille, si possible.
Ne placez pas les enceintes trop près des murs oudans les coins car cela fausse la réponse en fréquenceet empêche toute évacuation de la chaleur dégagéepar lʼamplificateur intégré.
Les enceintes sont livrées avec un cache en tissu,amovible, magnétique. Lorsque vous transportez lesenceintes, assurez-vous que le cache ne se détachepas.
4.1 Branchement de la source de signalTrois prises dʼentrée sont disponibles pour brancher lasource de signal avec niveau ligne (par exemple lec-teur CD, sortie de table de mixage, sortie Ligne dʼunordinateur).
Lorsque lʼappareil est définitivement retiré duservice, vous devez le déposer dans uneusine de recyclage adaptée pour contribuer àson élimination non polluante.
AVERTISSEMENT Lʼappareil est alimenté par unetension secteur dangereuse. Nefaites jamais de modification surlʼappareil. Une mauvaise mani-pulation pourrait générer unedécharge électrique.

1) Pour des signaux symétriques, la fiche XLR femelle(3) et la fiche jack 6,35 femelle (2) sont adaptées(configuration des contacts, � chapitre 6).

5 Utilisation
Conseil : Pour éviter tout bruit fort de commutation,allumez toujours les enceintes après lesappareils reliés et après utilisation, éteignezles enceintes avant les appareils.
1) Mettez le potentiomètre GAIN (4) tout dʼabord sur -30 dB (butée de gauche) et allumez lʼenceinteavec lʼinterrupteur POWER (6). La LED sur la faceavant brille.
2) Avec le réglage GAIN, adaptez lʼamplification dʼen-trée par rapport à la source de signal. Tournez leréglage de telle sorte que le son ne soit pas distordu.
3) Si souhaité, adaptez la part dʼaigu avec lʼinterrup-teur HF ADJUST (5) dans la plage -2 dB à +1 dB.
4) Après utilisation, éteignez lʼenceinte avec lʼinterrup-teur POWER.

3 Possibilità dʼimpiegoQuesta coppia di altoparlanti attivi di alta qualità àadatta per applicazioni hifi, come sistema di monito-raggio nel home-recording, per presentazioni AV,come altoparlanti high-end per PC e per tutte le altreapplicazioni in ambienti minori dove è richiesta unariproduzione del suono eccellente e particolareggiata.
Ogni cassa dispone di un altoparlante woofer/midrange di 16 cm con membrana in fibra di vetro e diun tweeter a cupola di 2,54 cm, ognuno comandato daamplificatori finali separati. Gli altoparlanti sono aschermatura magnetica. La parte degli acuti puòessere adattata, p. es. allʼacustica dellʼambiente, permezzo di una manopola.
Gli amplificatori sono equipaggiati con un limiter econ circuiti di protezione contro cortocircuiti, surriscal-damento e tensione continua alle uscite.
4 Collocamento e collegamentoSistemare le casse su una base piana e orientarli indirezione alle orecchie degli uditori. I tweeter dovreb-bero trovarsi, se possibile, allʼaltezza dellʼorecchio.
Non posizionare le casse troppo vicine a pareti onegli angoli per non falsificare la risposta in frequenzae per non impedire la dissipazione di calore dellʼampli-ficatore integrato.
Gli altoparlanti vengono consegnati con un rivesti-mento tessile magnetico staccabile. Durante il tra-sporto, fare attenzione che non si stacchi.
4.1 Collegare la sorgente di segnaliPer il collegamento di una sorgente di segnali conlivello Line (p. es. lettori CD, uscita mixer, uscita Line diun computer) si può scegliere fra tre prese dʼuscita.
Se si desidera eliminare lʼapparecchio defini-tivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimentoad unʼistituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
AVVERTIMENTO Lʼapparecchio funziona con peri-colosa tensione di rete. Non inter-venire mai personalmente al suointerno. La manipolazione scor-retta può provocare una scaricaelettrica pericolosa.

5 Funzionamento
Nota: Per escludere i rumori di commutazione con-viene accendere gli altoparlanti sempre dopo gliapparecchi collegati e spegnerli per primi dopolʼuso.
1) Portare il regolatore GAIN (4) dapprima a -30 dB(tutto a sinistra) ed accendere la cassa con lʼinter-ruttore POWER (6). Il LED sul frontale si accende.
2) Con il regolatore GAIN regolare lʼamplificazioneallʼingresso rispetto alla sorgente di segnali. Aprireil regolatore solo al punto che non ci siano distor-sioni nella riproduzione.
3) Se desiderato, adattare la parte degli acuti fra -2 dB fino a +1 dB servendosi della manopola HF ADJUST (5).
4) Dopo lʼuso spegnere la cassa acustica con lʼinter-ruttore POWER.

3 AplicacionesEsta pareja de altavoces activos de alta calidad estáadecuada para aplicaciones HiFi, como sistema moni-tor en el estudio de grabación de casa, para presenta-ciones AV, como altavoces de PC de gran nivel, y paratodas las demás aplicaciones en salas pequeñas querequieran una excelente reproducción del sonido ricaen detalles.
Cada recinto tiene un altavoz de graves-medios de16 cm con una membrana de fibra de cristal y un twee -ter de cúpula de 2,54 cm, controlados siempre por unamplificador separado. Los altavoces están provistoscon blindaje magnético. El rango de agudos se puedeadaptar p. ej. a la acústica de la sala mediante un inter - ruptor rotatorio.
Los amplificadores están equipados con un limita-dor contra sobrecargas y con circuitos de proteccióncontra cortocircuitos, sobrecalentamientos y voltajeDC en las salidas.
4 Colocación y ConexiónColoque los altavoces en una superficie plana y diríja-los a los oídos de la audiencia. Los tweeters deberíanestar a la altura de los oídos, si es posible.
No coloque los altavoces demasiado cerca de lasparedes o en las esquinas ya que esto falsearía la res-puesta de frecuencia y también impediría la disipacióndel calor del amplificador instalado.
Los altavoces se entregan con una cubierta de telamagnética desmontable. Cuando transporte los alta-voces, asegúrese de que la cubierta no se caiga.
4.1 Conexión de la fuente de señalPara la conexión de una fuente de señal con nivel delínea (p. ej. lector CD, salida de mezclador, salida delínea para un ordenador) hay tres tomas de entradadisponibles.
Si va a poner el aparato fuera de serviciodefinitivamente, llévelo a la planta de reci-claje de la zona para que su eliminación nosea perjudicial para el medio ambiente.
ADVERTENCIA El aparato está alimentado con un vol-taje peligroso. Deje el mantenimientoen manos del personal cualificado. Elmanejo inexperto del aparato puedeprovocar una descarga.

1) Para señales simétricas, las tomas adecuadas sonXLR (3) y jack 6,3 mm (2) [configuración de los con-tactos � apartado 6].
2) Para señales asimétricas tiene la toma RCA (1) o eljack 6,3 mm (2) si se utilizan conectores de 2 polos.
Cuando se utilizan varias tomas al mismo tiempo, semezclan las señales de entrada.
4.2 AlimentaciónConecte el conector del cable de corriente (8) a unenchufe (230 V~ / 50 Hz).
5 Funcionamiento
Nota: Para prevenir el ruido de conexión, conectesiempre los altavoces después de conectar losaparatos y desconéctelos en primer lugarcuando acabe.
1) Ponga el control GAIN (4) en -30 dB (tope iz -quierdo) primero y conecte el recinto con el inter -ruptor POWER (6). Se ilumina el LED en la partefrontal.
2) Ajuste la amplificación de entrada a la fuente deseñal con el control GAIN. Aumente el control sólohasta que el sonido no se distorsione
3) Si lo desea, adapte el rango de agudos desde-2 dB a +1 dB con el interruptor HF ADJUST (5).
4) Después de utilizarlo, desconecte el recinto con elinterruptor POWER.

4 Przygotowanie do pracy i podłączanie Ustawić głośniki na płaskiej powierzchni i skierować jew stronę słuchaczy. Zaleca się, aby głośnik wysokoto-nowy znajdował się na wysokości uszu.
Nie należy ustawiać głośników zbyt blisko ścian lubnarożników, gdyż powoduje to zakłócenie w odbiorzedźwięku, a ponadto ogranicza wentylację wzmacnia-cza.
Zestawy głośnikowe dostarczane są wraz z osło-nami przednimi, mocowanymi na magnes. Podczastransportu należy zabezpieczyć je przed odpadnię-ciem.
4.1 Podłączanie źródeł dźwiękuPołączyć wyjście liniowe źródła sygnału (np. odtwa-rzacza CD, miksera, komputera) do jednego z trzechtypów gniazd.
Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji,urządzenie należy oddać do punktu recy-klingu, aby nie zaśmiecać środowiska.
UWAGA Urządzenie jest zasilane wysokim na -pięciem sieciowym. Wszelkie na prawynależy zlecić przeszkolonemu persone-lowi; nieodpowiednia obsługa możespowodować porażenie prądem elek-trycznym.

2) Ustawić żądany poziom głośności regulatoremGAIN. Zbyt mocne rozkręcenie regulatora możespowodować przesterowanie i zniekształceniedźwięku.
3) Jeżeli trzeba, dopasować poziom górnego pasmaw zakresie -2 dB do +1 dB, za pomocą regulatoraHF ADJUST (5).
4) Po zakończeniu pracy, wyłączyć zestaw przełączni-kiem POWER.

Let eveneens op het volgende:
� Het apparaat is enkel geschikt voor gebruik bin-nenshuis. Vermijd druip- en spatwater, uitzonderlijkwarme plaatsen en plaatsen met een hoge vochtig-heid (toegestaan omgevingstemperatuur: 0 – 40 °C).
� Plaats geen bekers met vloeistof zoals drinkglazenetc. op het apparaat.
� De warmte die in het toestel ontstaat, moet doorventilatie afgevoerd worden. Dek daarom de ventila-tieopeningen niet af.
� Schakel het toestel niet in resp. trek onmiddellijk destekker uit het stopcontact,1. wanneer het apparaat of het netsnoer zichtbaar
beschadigd is,2. wanneer er een defect zou kunnen optreden
nadat het apparaat bijvoorbeeld is gevallen,3. wanneer het apparaat slecht functioneert.Het apparaat moet in elk geval worden hersteld dooreen gekwalificeerd vakman.
� Een beschadigd netsnoer mag enkel door de fabri-kant of door een gekwalificeerd persoon worden her-steld.
� Trek de stekker nooit met het snoer uit het stopcon-tact, maar met de stekker zelf.
� Verwijder het stof met een droge, zachte doek.Gebruik zeker geen water of chemicaliën.
� In geval van ongeoorloofd of verkeerd gebruik, ver-keerde aansluiting, foutieve bediening of van her-stelling door een niet-gekwalificeerd persoon vervaltde garantie en de verantwoordelijkheid voor hieruitresulterende materiële of lichamelijke schade.
Wanneer het apparaat definitief uit bedrijfwordt genomen, bezorg het dan voor milieu-vriendelijke verwerking aan een plaatselijkrecyclagebedrijf.

Ge även akt på följande:
