Who we are?
ALD Financial Consulting was created to provide financial advisory
support to our customers. We are a team with a so l id and
strong f inancia l background, with more than 12 years of working
in the f inancia l f ie ld in Romania and abroad, having arranged
in excess of USD 1 b i l l ion in d i fferent f inancing structures:
Syndicated credit fac i l i t ies , credit fac i l i t ies secured by State
guarantees, leas ing fac i l i t ies (both operat ional and f inan-
c ia l ) , c lub loans, sa le and lease back transactions, non-cash
facilities ( for LGs, SBLCs, performance bonds and bid bonds) ,
h igh y ie ld bonds – Norwegian market, complex products like
hedging facilities in order to cover the FX r isk , the interest rates
r isk or the volat i l i ty in commodit ies , negot iat ion of the bank
commis ions/fees.

With a solid experience in big four companies and top banks in Romania,
the management team consists of 2 Senior Partners:
Andrei DegeratuManaging Partner
Corporate Banking and Financial Advisory
Andrei has more than 15 years experience in the financial industry, working at Delloite and being for 12 years the Group CFO and since 2014 Senior Vice-President of GSP Holding, the largest privately owned Romanian service provider in oil&gas industry.
His main competences are:• Strategy and further development for the organisa-
tion; • Budgets supervision and control;• Identifying all potential financial threats for the
Group and promote and implement measures for improvement;
• Organizing and structuring all bank financings for the entire Group.
Andrei graduated in 1999 and he has a Bachelor’s De-gree in University of Economic Studies, Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Luminita Petreseniuc (Iuga)Senior Partner
Tax and Financial Advisory
Luminita has 11 years of financial experience in Top Corporations with background in financial audit working 4 years at Ernst&Young and Deloitte:
• Financial reporting - working as Group Financial Reporting Manager 6 years at GSP Holding.
• Financial Manager in retail industry at Decathlon Romania for 1 year.
Luminita graduated in 2005 the Romanian American University and she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Domestic and International Commercial Financial Banking Relations and also is certified as Accounting Technician by ACCA.

What we provide?
We provide one-stop-shop where you will be able to find a complete rangeof financing services:
• initial assessment of the project and its potential for being financed;
• strong collaboration with to all major banks and financial institutions in Romania
and abroad;
• preparing and signing the engagement letter with the client for the respective pro-ject;
• drafting the business plan and financial projections, based on the information re-ceived from the client and in accordance with the specific requirements of each fi-nancier;
• initial testing of the market and getting investors/lenders interest into the project;
• project testing if qualifies to be structured together with a state guarantee;
• preparing the full documentation for the project as directed by the lenders;
• negotiations with the lenders based on the mandate agreed with the client;
• legal assistance during the entire process, with the involvement of top law firms in Romania and abroad.
• analysis of the current loan portfolio and collaterals in place;
• optimization of the loans, by either reducing of the overall costs and/orcollateral;
• refinancing of the loan with a different lender;
• cash management optimization by reducing the fees with the banks;
• preparing the full documentation project asked by the lenders;
• negotiation with the lenders based on the mandate agreed with the client –
loan structure, pricing, financial covenants, documentation;
• legal assistance during the entire process, with the involvement of top law firms in Romania and abroad.

ing invested capital. On the basis of the strategic repositioning work, the value/
capital focused business model and operational improvements program, we de-termine liquidity needs and the requirements for a capital structure. Our expertise includes lender negotiations, financial covenants negotiations, waivers, amend-ments and extensions.
