SPORTS CLUB LOGOI was approached by Tennis Queensland to create 6 logos for an upcoming local tournament they were holding. From there, I was commissioned by tennis clubs Australia-wide to make logos for their local teams. As of April 2016, I have now made a total of 83 different Tennis Logos. Above is a small sample of some of the work completed.

Self BrandingThe brand created to represent myself for all freelance work completed was to reflect my ability to work on a large variety of projects. It needed to convey professionalism, but also show my fun nature. The “Joker” or “wildcard”, in a standard deck of cards is perfectly suited to fit all these attributes. Thus the brand “Wildcard Design” was born.

A pain paradox: observing and accepting

Mindfulness: managing your mind, body and stress

Facilitating muscular relaxation and lengthening rather than focusing on strengthening

The protective/stress responses (reactions) are more likely to impact long term outcomes than the tissue damage

There is huge potential for positive outcomes when workers are trained to self-manage their musculature and stress responses.

The patent pending design for the TREE HUGGER is based on similar products which have found a successful market in American orchard development.

Hydrox Technologies is now manufacturing this incredibly innovative technology in Australia giving Australian farmers the benefit of local production and a local sales team. This ensures they enjoy the advantages of substantially reduced orchard establishment costs and the excellent environmental benefits provided by the TREE HUGGER, at an affordable price.

Designed for the first 4-5yrs of a trees life, the TREE HUGGER is a cone shaped plastic container that retains the water and fertilizer in the immediate vicinity of the sapling directing it to the tree roots. Evaporation is delayed and as water does evaporate, the resulting humidity is directed upwards to the plant benefitting leaf transpiration

These are the benefits you can expect to derive from the TREE HUGGER:

• Use 90% less water and 75% less fuel and fertiliser

• Reduce pump times from 8 hours to 1 hour saving electricity and maintenance costs

• Concentrates water and fertiliser at the root zone

• 6°C Increase in air temperature surrounding the plant increases frost protection

• Promotes deep roots and rapid canopy development

• Increased growth rates of up to 30% ensures more fruit sooner

• Save money on young trees that don’t produce an income

• Eliminates grass and weeds around the young tree

• Acts as a sprout inhibitor

• Inhibits animal damage to saplings

• 20 year + life span (10 year manufacturer warranty) reuse many times

Besides the well-established and proven advantages of the basic conical structure, the TREE HUGGER now includes unique, patent pending, innovations which improve frost protection, humidity control and animal pest protection.
