CV 150810 With over 9 years experience in the construction industry I have worked for a variety of busi- nesses and joined teams not only client side but also on the supply side during construction. My roles have mostly been architectural but I have also worked as a developer, specialist contractor and theatre set designer. I have been part of start-up businesses, large, medium and small companies and have rep- resented these in London, Sheffield, Moscow, Istanbul, Mumbai, Palma and Dubai. The sectors I have been covering are super-prime residential starting with Candy&Candy, higher education, hospitality, live-work developments and master planning. My approach is always client focused, solution orientated and creative and I am well versed in delivering on projects within complex procurement routes. My interests in architectural design tend to be site specific in respect of urban and natural contexts. However as architect I believe every project has its own particular qualities and challenges and that this is mainly due to its participants. Over the last few years I have also popped back into University as a visiting tutor with several architectural faculties in London and I am cur- rently supporting the technical studies team at the University of Westminster. My ongoing research through surrealist ar- chitectural drawings has been published and exhibited widely and can be seen online below and on permanent display at Home House Club in London.

With over 9 years experience in the construction industry I have worked for a variety of busi-nesses and joined teams not only client side but also on the supply side during construction. My roles have mostly been architectural but I have also worked as a developer, specialist contractor and theatre set designer.

I have been part of start-up businesses, large, medium and small companies and have rep-resented these in London, Sheffield, Moscow, Istanbul, Mumbai, Palma and Dubai. The sectors I have been covering are super-prime residential starting with Candy&Candy, higher education, hospitality, live-work developments and master planning. My approach is always client focused, solution orientated and creative and I am well versed in delivering on projects within complex procurement routes.

Project Glebe, London Chelsea RBKC, 6.300 sqm, 2 new build villas, £28m tender for Shell&Core RIBA Stage E+ to K (JCT DB 2011) [role: Facades Lead]

At Formation I am currently responsible for delivering the facades of this exclusive high end residential pro-ject in Chelsea, London. Under the appointment by Brookfield Multiplex I am developing the design for con-struction with Schneider Facades, Interface Facade Engineering and Szerelmey. Groundworks commenced in November 2014 and we are currently working towards fabrication of the envelope.

May 13-Nov 14 Twelve Architects and Masterplanners ltd. position: Architect

The Diamond (New Engineering Building), University of Sheffield, 19.500 sqm, £51m tender for S&C. RIBA Stage F-K (JCT DB 2011) [role: change management, user consultation, package architect]

Twelve had just set up as a practice when I joined a team of three delivering the Diamond under appoint-ment to Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK. As well as developing and coordinating construction pack-ages including structure, façade, roof and external works, I was responsible for MEP coordination and fit-out. As part of this my role involved user consultation and change management. All production and coordination work was carried out under BIM.

As Interior Architect and Design Coordinator I was leading the interior design and fit-out for a private client within ZHA’s first residence. While the project was under construction, I represented C&C in Moscow (site) and Istanbul (main contractor).

This was C&C’s first private commission for a residence. The brief was to design a courtyard house for Mak-toum bin Mohammed Al Maktoum. As lead designer I devised a site specific proposal for the local desert climate adapting principles of wind towers and earth shelters.
