product.This product is both used by Enterprise/ Desktop users to take backup of their Production/Server machines.

Role Enhancement and Maintenance

Technologies Windows, C++, C# and Windbg.Responsibilities Responsible for various production related issues.

Code-Level analysis of customer issues, process failures/environment (Microsoft issue) of backend code (in C++ language) as well as UI of product (in C# language) and to fix them.

Got the opportunity to debug multiple multi- threading issues while working on service crash/ hang issue through Windbg tool.

Development team to resolve issues in more effective way.

So, all new engineering development (like feature development, enhancement and support) is handled by Mindtree.

Role Enhancement and

feature into the product which is having UI as C# (WPF) and Backend code is in VC++.

Primary Owner of modules while development two main new feature which is added in new release of product.

Worked on two main features i.e. Enhancement in security of Product (Primary Owner of Product in windows) and 16 TB+ Backup Feature.

Secondary Owner of other features like Smart Reconciliation and responsible of upgrading third party components.
