Since Nov’15 with M/S NUCON AEROSPACE PVT LTD (AKASH Division) - HyderabadAs ENGINEER– QUALITY CONTROL / QUALITY ASSURANCE

Responsibilities:

Inspecting the components along with customers during final inspection. Preparing inspection plans for RAFAEL components. Preparing ERP for Rafael. Preparing IOM documents. Maintaining CTR documents. Responsible for Bought out items. Knowledge on SQC, SPC, QMS and ISO Standards. Knowledge on TQM, 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, TPS and SIX SIGMA. Knowledge on NDT Methods such as Magnetic particle, Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant, & Radiographic. Inspecting the surface treatment components in supplier place. Coordinating with QC team for creating new inspection plans. Inspecting received raw material as per IS standards, Material specification and test reports received. Coordinating with RAFAEL team during final inspection.

Significant Highlights:

Reduced the inspection time by changing inspection plans. Achieved 100% dispatched all components to customers in all the inspection. Reduced the NOC by measuring precision values.

M/s Vijai Gauges And Equipment Private Limited an ISO-9001:2008 certified company, Manufacturer Of defence components for Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), Walchandnagar Industries Limited (WIL), Research Centre Imarat (RCI).
