打字環境打字環境 ::屏幕的亮度、對比度要調較適中；屏幕與周邊不要有太大的光線反差；保持桌面清潔整齊。

打字前的準備
打字要訣 :憑手指的感應準確地擊鍵，眼睛不要看鍵盤；
用心記住鍵盤各鍵的位置，用大腦指導手指按 要打的鍵；手指擊鍵要準確果斷，頻率穩定，有節奏感，力 度均勻；擊完鍵後手指應迅速返回原位，為下一次擊鍵 準備；不用擊鍵的手指應常保持自然伸展，並平放在 基本鍵上。

調整桌椅的高度，穩穩坐下，腰部挺直，兩腳平穩踏地身體可略向前傾，身體離鍵盤不可太遠， ( 約 20至 30 cm)
上臂和肘應較近身體，要拱起手腕；
