一、严厉打击侵犯知识产权犯罪活动 fighting against IPR crimes

以侦破大案要案和摧毁犯罪窝点、网络为重点Focusing on solving the big cases and smashing down the entire criminal network破获侵犯商标犯罪案件 500 余起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人 700 余人，涉案总价值逾 2 亿元，分别比往年同期增长 80% 、 65% 、 65% 和 143% 。Having solved 500 cases, arrested or detained 700 criminals. 二、开展教育宣传活动，营造保护知识产权的社会氛围

开展大规模的销毁侵权商品、街头宣讲、展览等活动The ECID and local PSBs have launched series of education activities, e.g. news release, destroying the counterfeiting products, exhibitions. 让公众了解侵犯知识产权犯罪活动的巨大危害，认识保护知识产权关系到国家的发展进步和每个公民的创业发展To let everyone be aware of the important role played by IPR, to the nation and every personal.

三、加强与行政执法部门的衔接配合，形成执法合力Strengthen the cooperation with administrative organs

（一）新司法解释得到全面实施The new JUDICIAL INTERPRETATION has been fully implement.

（二）至今年 3 月，行政执法部门移送案件增长 46% 。

Up to this March, the number of cases transferred by the administrative organs has increased by 46%.

（三）积极建立有效的合作制度。

The more efficient mechanisms are in progress.

四、加强与商标权利人的沟通协调
