國際特赦組織香港分會主辦第四屆「人權紀錄片電影節」，今年嚴選來自世界各地的紀錄片13部，分佈四大主題：言論自由、性別平等、反對死刑及反對酷刑。當中，三位來自台灣、澳洲及俄羅斯的導演或主角將來港與觀眾會面。 Amnesty International Hong Kong organize the 4th Human Rights Documentary Film Festival. 13 documentary films from all around the world are selected according to 4 main themes, Freedom of Speech, My Body My Rights, Abolition of Death Sentence and STOP Torture. 3 directors and/or main case from Taiwan, Australia and Russia will come to Hong Kong to interact with the audiences.
