The happiness we want and seek can only satisfy our heart for a moment.

I get angry, defensive, or I shift responsibility to other, rather than apologizing.

10. 私は「自分自身を信じよ」という言葉が好きだ I like the phrase “Believe in yourself.”

あなたは柔和ですか？ Are you meek?

状況や周りの人々ではなく、 柔和ではない私たちの態度と考えが 人生に多くの問題を作っている。

It’s not situation or people around us that are producing problems,

but our attitudes and thoughts that are not meek are producing problems

コントロールされた力 strength under control

他の人の利益のために自分の力をコントロールして仕える人は 変わらない喜びを見出す。

Those who can control their power for the benefit of others and serve them

will find joy unchangeable.

しかし柔和な者は国を継ぎ、 豊かな繁栄をたのしむことができる。

But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity.

4. 悪を恐れず、神様からの弁護だけで安心する Be secure in God’s vindication alone

and not fret evil.
