General view : According to analysis of four environment that we mentioned insecond step, in order to improve the livability we found out three general visionwhich are economical , social and environmental visions. These three visions are thebasic elemEnvironmentalSocial ENVIRONMENTS:In order to provide these visions we followed four different steps. Firstly, we definedour specific strategies for each environment. Secondly, we determined actions forthese strategies. Thirdly, we exemplified the most strategic from each environmentto show proposal projects in local scale. Lastly, we explained tools which we used inthe city projects.
