•  Contentment  •  Fulfillment  •  Great  rela8onships  •  Good  job  •  Happy  family  life  •  Feel  good  •  Look  good  

 But  overall  we  all  want  to  live  a  happy,  balanced  and  fulfilled  life  

What  Causes  Us  To  Feel  Out  Of  Sync?  

On  top  of  that  poor  lifestyle  choices  like:  •  Poor  diet      •  Lack  of  exercise  •  LITTLE  OR  NO  SELF  CARE!!  •  Less  connec8on  to  each  other  &  

ourselves      

…Leading  to  •  Stress  •  Depression/Mental  Health  Issues  •  Anxiety  •  Sleep  problems  •  Rela8onship  issues  and  much  more    

“We  are  moving  too  fast,  have  too  many  distrac>ons  and  we  are  pushing  ourselves  to  breaking  point!”

What  you  feed  yourself  and  how  you  treat  yourself  will  directly  affect  how  you  look  and  feel    •  Eat  well  •  Think  more  posi8vely  •  Exercise  •  Prac8ce  gra8tude  •  Breathe

water,  take  a  short  walk  •  Prac8ce  self  compassion  and  self  care  •  Use  stop-­‐catch-­‐change  technique  for  nega8ve  thoughts  •  Use  affirma8ons

Simple  Healthy  Ea8ng  Tips  

•  Keep  it  real  and  keep  it  simple  •  Eat  wholefoods,  fresh  and  in  season  •  Steer  clear  of  processed  and  packaged  foods  •  Drink  lemon  water  1st  thing  every  morning  •  Hydrate,  hydrate,  hydrate  •  Try  Matcha  green  tea  for  anxiety  •  Never  skip  breakfast  •  Supplement  what  you  are  missing  in  your  diet  e.g.  omegas,  

vitamin  D,  vitamin  C,  mag/zinc  •  Prep  all  food  and  freeze  for  the  week
