• Issues that are most important is what we’ll discuss

• Action focus

• Safe space to discuss issues / needs / challenges / oppo

rtunities

• Requires chaos – nothing will happen if we don’t fill this

space with our energy, enthusiasm and ideas for action

Roles

• Hosts: guide and progress discussions

• Bees: pollinate at one table then perhaps buzz to anoth

er table to cross pollinate ideas

• Butterflies: sit on the edge, may have conversations on

the fringe but these still need to be action focussed
