A excerpt from the catalog for Artpace's 95.4 International Artist's in Residency Program, San Antonio, Texas. Ken Little created an enviromental installation "Soaring: the Rules of Engagement" as the San Antonio Artist. He is interviewed by Laurence Miler, then director of Artpace. The other artists in 95.4 were Leonardo Drew from New York, and Cisco Jiomenez from Mexico.
