Mrs Rajinder Kaur Bhattal is the daughter of famous freedom fighter Baba Hira Singh Bhattal. Bibi Rajinder Kaur Bhattal became the first female Chief Minister of Punjab. In March 2007, Bhattal became leader of the CongressLegislature Party in Punjab Vidhan Sabha.
