User-friendly and customizableAs a pioneer of bridge type machining centers, we have refined ergonomics and "ease-of-use".
Compact round quill reduces workpiece interferenceCompact quill (round spindle) reduces blind spots versus square rams. The round shape allows easier interference checks.
The RB-MⅡ/RB-M model machines have a 90° angular attachment as standard and can choose attachment types
according to their particular needs. Standard quill diameter is φ300 mm. 90° universal attachment or center-swing
attachment requires optional φ330 mm spindle quill.
Th is funct ion compensates the position of tools, caused when rotating B-axis and C-axis, and automatically shifts the coordinate system.
This software has been deve loped to facilitate NC programming for inclined work surfaces. This software sets the plane perpendicular to tool axis direction to Z-axis.
This function automatical ly measures and registers the difference between the actual position values and the programmed values.The tool position compensation function uses the data to make precise positioning.
It is possible to set up a program coordinate system for an attachment in the program based on a coordinate system set for the vertical spindle for each surface.
If the Z-axis stroke is insufficient for the necessary t ravel when a program is generated , th is funct ion a l lows the deficiency to be automatically covered by the W-axis, thereby both the Z- and W-axes are used to cover the entire necessary movement.
When machining the lower surface of the tall workpiece, the lower end of the crossrail might interfere with the top surface of the workpiece. New 5-face machining software checks interference by setting the workpiece height.

DCS is SNK's original high-speed and high-precision control developed for die and mold machining. DCS allows machining center to accelerate or decelerate maximum performance for 3D surface machining. DCS actualizes further improvement of surface quality and productivity.
