• Every application they designed and built carries a manifestation of our unfailing, adaptability to latest and practical technology available today.

• Over the year, their technical engineer completed numerous automation projects at local universities, research establishments including private company and factories.

COMPETITORS

Hakita Sdn Bhd does not have many competitors as the business that they are into is not popularly marketed. In Malaysia only 2 companies compete with Hakita Sdn Bhd:

CHALLENGES

1. Hard to get new workers, numbers of workers is insufficient.

2. Direct and Indirect competition from competitors.

3. The business heavily depends on the customer demands, if there is no order, no money make.

STRENGTH & WEAKNESS

Strength• The competitors in this field is very small in number, thus, they have

no problem to widen their business. They just need to compete among themselves.

• The method that are applied by that company give more profit to their company.

• The quality of products are imported from UK and India.

• Has many customers from large companies such as Petronas and many universities in Malaysia.

Weakness• The business lot is too small.

• The area is very isolated (hard for us to detect the business lot)

SUGGESTION/RECOMMENDATION

• The company’s office must be increase their premise.

• The signboard of the company must be shown clearly to their customers.

• They can add more branches throughout the country.

CONCLUSION

• This company has achieved their target and profit in recent years for supplying their products to their customers.

• Has recognition from the government, universities, large companies from local and international that has used their products from Hakita Sdn. Bhd.

• Technique for designing products has give satisfaction for their customers.
