1999: event celebration for longest-serving Latina elected official, Supervisor Blanca Alvarado

2000: “Latina Voices” Conference

2000-2002: partnership with HOPE Leadership Institute & creation of a speakers series

2003: LCVS became an Inc, non-profit

2005: LCVS received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit status!

1974: 1st case to fight employment discrimination at Bay Area Hospital

1982: Serves as western regional coordinating center pressing for legal conviction after Vincent Chin murder
