The funds are used for Marketing, Brand Building, Software Purchase, R&D and Technical know how.

SIDBI also offers SIDBI revolving fund for technology innovation.

Maximum assistance is not more than 1,00,00,000 with a interest rate of 5%p.a.

ASSET VALUATION

70% of the asset value, decided by the bank could be availed as loan.

HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN

SIDBI: If the loan could be arranged through SIDBI

then all the three founders will have equal shares.

ASSET VALUATION: If the loan is sought through assets then the

shares of the founders will be based on their contribution of their assets.

OPERATING COSTS COST OF HARDWARE:

Server’s hardware cost are determined based on the server required to perform and the number of users.
