Help Homeless Reintegrate in Society

• This paper was created after a 2 years contract with City of Seattle, Department of Transportation – IT.

• For 2 years, I was taking long walks during lunch breaks and during this time, I saw lots of homeless people – it was depressing.

• I spoke with some of them and all wanted to work and have a normal life.

• That’s the genesis of this paper – I tried to build a NFP business but didn’t succeed.

• But you might and if you like this business model

GO FOR IT!

You can make money and do a great service to society at the same time.

• I will be available as a ‘pro bono’ consultant.

4. Business Model

We sell prime add space to private business (5) in the city and use the proceeds to:

• Deploy and maintain street garbage bins (2)

• “Hire” Homeless people to collect and clean (1)

• Using bikes/eTrucks to reduce pollution (4)

• Save governments Ca$h it doesn’t have (3)The remaining of the proceeds will be used to further advance the re-integration of homeless people by providing accommodation, benefits, school, legal services, etc. and this way move from the street into their EARNED place to live a productive life and pay taxes.

5. Underlying Magic

(3) City Governments are short on cash

(1) No resources to take care of Homeless

(2) No resources to clean streets
