My works usually reflect my life experience, how I feel , the music and film I love, friends and family. I think that is very important to express myself and put thingsinspiring me in my works.

2013/In my sophomore year, I had my first working holiday experience in Hua-Lien Daily hostel. Actually I was a little late for application, So I decide to show them my determination and try my best to get this opportunity.(luckily I did!!)

The lips observation/“I love lips most, especially the ones onred.(like Taylor Swift and ShuQi)

I also try some unique color on them.”

“I actually don’t like rainy day. It feels like being trapped somewhere .”

I usually draw with watercolor pencils without a draft,let the intuition leads.

(They are complicated.)

Emotions are never simple, they’re actually a mixture like anger, happiness, jealousy andsorrow. They are brewed before you feel and remain after you think they are gone.

: you thought life tastes like coffee and beer when you were little.

then you realized ,It was way more bitter than anything you ever had before.

:: the kiss /“These two are the old customers in our restaurant, they usually order the same food , same Trappistes Rochefort 10 and usual goodbye kiss.”

“When my mom considered to have her official business card, I draw this as our logo. She makes bread , cakes and cookies, we want a simple country style, doesn’t have to be luxury. I choose crayon for its warm and rough nature.”

“I draw a card for a you.”

I used to buy fancy cards in bookstoresuntil realizing it’s better to make it by myself.Especially when someone means much enough to have the one and only card just made for her.

“And I make a story for my roommate on her first birthday in college.”

:: Taiwanese breakfast sketch

It’s a three-minute walk from my home, I usually go there when coming back fromKaohsiung to my home town Ping-Tung.Actually I prefer having breakfast in home by making myself a bowl of oats and fruit with milk or soymilk like I did in Kaohsiung , but the food here is great and healthier, the owners are the cook and also the server who remember me all the time even I leave for college.

It is sort of my secret place I guess, like the coffee shop or bookstore I often go to when feeling like want to be alone.
