Hello, everybody! Today we are going to discuss healthy habits. To be healthy, We should eat healthy food and exercise. But you shouldn’t skip breakfast. Eat 3 meals at regular times. To be healthy, we should also keep clean: wash our hands before eating, brush our teeth twice a day and take a shower every day.
