SPM03 Getting Executives to Act for Project Success
• Il Problema: Success Scope Increased
• Esempi: - To launch a manned Rocket
- to “land a man om the Moon and return him safely to the earth “ by the end of the decade
- to produce commercially profitable material in space
- to “extend human presence across our solar system … because doing so improves our lives , and lifts our national spirit”

SPM03 Getting Executives to Act for Project Success
• Come fa PM a farsi aiutare dall’Executive ?
• Le azioni di un Executive sono conosciute
• Le sue domande sono conosciute
• Studiando il suo comportamento ! Infatti:

• Inoltre non dimenticarsi di:
• “Just do it”
