What’s the difference between
a brand and a logo? Your logo is a graphical representation of your brand. It’s
the main visual ambassador of your brand, and the entire basis of your visual brand image, or your corporate identity.
A brand is really nothing more than a thought. The thing of customer, industries, employees, partners, vendors, contractors.
What’s the difference between deliberate branding, and
branding by default? When you allow your brand to be determined by other
people’s opinions, that’s branding by default.
But when you project your future image so others can see it, and feel it, and believe in it - that’s deliberate branding

A wine to your taste? There are very often strong opinions expressed about what makes a good wine. At a simple level, a good wine is one that you enjoy drinking. But why do you prefer one wine to another? Read what a professional wine taster says on the subject. What do wine tasters look for in a glass of wine? Balance is probably the easiest answer. But balance of what with what? That is the tricky thing.First of all, to judge a wine there are three basic senses that have to be employed: the sense of sight, the sense of smell, and the sense of taste. Of these three, taste is by far the most complex, but sight and smell are powerful. The wrong colour or the wrong smell enable a wine to be discarded without taste even being involved.

The first thing he says is that his career has certainly not always been smooth sailing. In fact, he learned a number of lessons along the way. "First and foremost," John said "don't believe that success is ever mana from heaven." He said that everyone he had met had a similar rags to riches story, and that a lot of hard work had gone into the success.
1. Franklin went from …….in his life. He started with nothing and ended up a very rich person.
2. My boss ……me……..at work because it was my first week.

Sales of the world’s largest soft drink manufacturer, Coca Cola, have hit a slump. Although the beverage giant has been industry leader for generations, profit figures and sales forecasts announced yesterday were lower than expected. Coke’s shares suddenly seem to have lost their fizz. The future too doesn’t look so bubbly either, with demand expected to decrease for its 400 products in many of the 200 countries in which Coke operates. It seems the future is not carbonated.

McDonald’s is one of the most famous brands in the world. It of world’s hamburger largest is chain the restaurants with 31,000 eateries. It operates in 119 countries, serving 47 million customers a day. The company employs over 1.5 million people. The business began in 1940 when brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald opened their first restaurant. In 1948, they introduced the "Speedee Service System" which started the modern fast-food phenomenon. The golden arches trademark was introduced in 1962. McDonald’s has rarely been out of the headlines for controversies over its unhealthy menus and working conditions. The term "McJob" was added to Merriam-Webster's Dictionary in 2003, meaning “paying job a low that requires little skill and provides little opportunity for advancement”.
ROUND 4---SPEAKING---
Vcop is a brand of Vodka “New Generation” which was one of bestsellers on United States’ market. Market share of this product accounted for 27,25% of this state. After that, a competitor of Vcop, Smith, produced Vodka “Future” with the quality as good as Vodka “New Generation” while the price was $1,5 lower than “New Generation”
ROUND 4
HERE ARE 4 PLANS• Plan 1: Discount $1,5 per product Vodka “NewGeneration”
• Plan 2: Stabilize the price to keep the market share but invest more in advertising and promotion.
• Plan 3: Raise the price of Vodka “NewGeneration” by $1 but enclose bundled goods
• Plan 4: Raise the price of Vodka “NewGeneration” by $1 . Then, they produce a new product named “Desire” with the price as high as “Future” and a product named “Belief” with the price lower “Future”
PLAN 1 • STRONG point: Attract more customers. While profit per product
goes down, the Total revenue can still stay the same or maybe
become a little higher
•WEAK point: When Vcop decide to discount, the loyal customers
might think that the quality also “discount” and they can choose
the product from Smith
PLAN 2• STRONG point: Make the product more and more popular
through which promote consumption
•WEAK point: The cost of advertising will go up dramatically.
A part of your own customers will choose the product with
the same quality but lower price
PLAN 3• STRONG point: Choose another segmentation to avoid
competition first. Raise the consumption in short-term
resulting from bundled goods
•WEAK point: Lose an amount of customers because of the
higher price, Market share maybe become lower
PLAN 4
• STRONG point: Attract more customers. Fulfill the needs of
different segmentations. Increase Revenue
•WEAK point: taking a risk because of producing too many
kinds of products at the same time.
