Recruiting in October for winter peak maybe an easy thing to do. But we are missing our winter peak by focusing on recruitment and induction initiatives. Solution : We recruit BIG and recruit high quality membership early on for the winterpeak.

Recruiting in January/February during exam sessions is not the best time as we have observed recently. Hence the recruitment for Summerpeak of 2018 will be on November and induction will be on december, so LCs can perform without any problems for SummerPeak in a big way.
MEMBER RECRUITMENT CRITERIA : LEADAS Values Assessment (Culture Fit).
Communication & Team Work skills. Basic English.
Personality/Skill potential for FO areas. Time Availability (Not leaving for
vacations).
