Ngy Quc t Yoga. ng ni:
Yoga l mt mn qu v gi ca truyn thng n c
xa. N th hin s thng nht gia Tm v Thn; gia
ngh v hnh ng; gia ch ng v vin mn; th hin
s hi ha gia con ngi v thin nhin v th hin mt
cch tip cn tng th ti sc khe v phc lc. Yoga
khng phi tp luyn th thao m l khm ph ra tri
gic v tnh nht th ca bn thn chng ta vi th gii v
thin nhin. Bng cch thay i li sng ca chng ta v
to dng tm thc, yoga c th gip ta ng ph vi tnh
trng thay i kh hu. Vy chng ta hy cng nhau
hng ti thng qua Ngy Quc t Yoga.
Ngy 11 thng 12 nm 2014, 193 quc gia thnh vin
UNGA nht tr ngh ny bng cch thng qua, vi con
s k lc 177 nc ng bo tr, ly ngy 21 thng 6 lm
Ngy Quc t Yoga. Trong ngh quyt ny, UNGA ghi
