Job Responsibilities: -
Accounts Duties:- Daily monitoring of works, daily sales reports, purchase reports, execution
of deliveries, posting transaction of the day to the accounts file, E-mailing , Procurement, meeting with clients etc.
Maintaining and Preparation of Form-C, Form-F and Way Bill also. Financial Reporting & audit preparation like that P& L and Balance Sheet
and coordinate the audit process. Maintaining and Preparation of Sales Tax Return & Sales Tax Assessment. Preparing D-Vat all type of sales tax return paper like that Form-16, Form-1,
2A, 2B and 2C and also maintain MOU, DS-2 etc. Feeding and Preparation of all Type of Voucher in Tally.
All register & report verify and process all invoices and ensure transactions are correctly recorded.
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts. On time billing Invoices distribution & follow-ups for payment (Collection of
payments/cheques from clients). Keeping accounts of customer & Suppliers account like that (Debtors &
Creditors). Review /Preparation of daily Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all
supporting documents. Checking /Reviewing of Journal vouchers for correctness and proper
approval. Reviewing/Preparing Bank Reconciliation of all Banks. Banking transaction by manual and online (RTGS, NEFT, TRFR, cheque
deposits, cash receipt, and payment transfer, cheque books etc.) To monitor petty cash of the Precast Div. Keeping up to date record of all accounting transactions. Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting
control procedures. Monitor and review accounting and system related reports for financial
accuracy and completeness. Developed experience of Excel spreadsheets and MS word. Maintaining
