Classical indications:

Skin excess

Excessive fat prolapse

My Preference

Eyelid-cheeck junction restoration

All cases of malar descent associated with tear trough deformity

Eyelid skin loose (even without true excess)..... ‘saggy’

.......in all cases where a t-conj wouldn’t get a good

result
