There are many pain points for visitors to settle down in Korea, and finding house is one of the biggest huddle for them to understand. Not many of realtors or lease holders in Korea are fluent in English nor familiar to different culture. Same problems are happening on tenants side as well. The renewed design solution COGA was encapsulated into mobile application and on the wall sign which can indicating the Korea University connected realtor-leaseholder-foreign students from each country-Korea University students volunteer network service.
