Kishore Bharati, presently edited by Tridib Kumar Chattopadhyay, started its journey back in 1968, the initiative of which was taken by the eminent writer, Dinesh Chandra Chattopadhyay. Kishore Bharati became the oracle of yougsters, filled their otherwise monotonous life with a kind of light which was not previously seen by them. Still inimitable, unstoppable even its 43rd year, Kishore Bharati has been widely accepted and loved because it echoes the just and rational thinking of today’s youth without being too harsh. The magazine has changed many of its facets time and again to suit the ever-changing mindset and preferences of the teens.
