The general population can be exposed to PAHs through air,water, soil, food, tobacco smoke and pharmaceutical products. Inthe previous years, PAHs have been focus of many researchers.

IZLOŽENOST

SAMPLING AND EXTRACTION

The sampling of gas products, with the goal to determine PAHscompounds, was performed with HiVol pump at a flow rate of250 l/min. The pump for sampling air is located in a digester nextto a stand for thermal treatment. PAHs sample is taken from theambient air by passing air through a glass filter and PUF(polyurethane foam) sorbent.
