RINGKASAN
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi perangkat lunak
dalam membantu pengelolaan data pengarsipan pada percetakan Twins Printing
Jepara. Pengelolaan data pengarsipan meliputi data karyawan percetakan, data
keluar masuk barang, data customer dan jenis - jenis layanan percetakan sekaligus
rekapitulasi laporan secara global maupun pilihan. Percetakan merupakan sebuah
proses industri untuk memproduksi secara masal tulisan maupun gambar,
percetakan juga mempunyai peranan penting dalam dunia bisnis, mulai dari
peranannya mencetak sebuah banner, kertas, kain yang terus berlangsung dan tidak
terbatas oleh waktu. Manfaat penelitian ini sebagai kontrol tehadap data pesanan
(order), data pelanggan dan produk juga dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan
keputusan pada percetakan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak ini
menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basisdata
MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat
digunakan oleh admin, karyawan maupun customer dengan level pengguna yang
sudah diatur sedemikian rupa untuk menunjang kegiatan pengarsipan percetakan
pada Twins Printing tunggulpandean - nalumsari - Jepara sehinga proses
pengarsipan lebih mudah dikelola dan tertata secara rapi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to produce a software application to help
manage data archiving in Twins Printing Jepara. Archiving data management
includes employee data, in and out data product, customer data, other types of
printing services and report recapitulation globally and optionally. Printing is an
industrial process for mass-producing text or images, printing also has an
important role in the business world, starting from the task of printing a banner,
paper, fabric that continues and is not consumed by time. The benefits of this
research as a control of order data, customer data and products can also be used
for twins printing to make a decision making. This software development method
uses a waterfall model system, PHP programming language and MySQL database.
The results of this research are a website-based information systems that can be
used by admins, employees and customers with user levels that have been set up in
such a way as to support archiving activities on Twins Printing located in
tunggulpandean – nalumsari – jepara, so that the archiving process is easier to
manage and neatly organized.
