The Tokyo Metropolitan Greening Fund was established within the Tokyo Metropolitan Park Association in 1985 to increase the greening of privately owned land in the city together with residents, with the goal of developing Tokyo as a city of lush greenery. Since then, it has made various greening promotion efforts, such as supporting the greening of private facilities and greening activities of volunteer groups as well as activities for raising awareness of metropolitan greening.

Using interest and other pro�ts earned by investments consisting of your donations and subscriptions from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the Tokyo Metropolitan Greening Fund implements “Greening Grant Projects” aimed at increasing the greenery of Tokyo.
