Some student quotes of the EMS
17
What I particularly liked about my
traineeship was learning from the people
who have so much knowledge and
experience already. I always wondered
where sociologist would end up working
after their studies, but I finally found the
answer.
When looking back, I think it would fit
me more if I would have been
working at a research institute that
does commissioned work.
Overall I have learned what it is
like to work in a complex
organization, how people can
discuss things over and over
because in the social sector you
work with people and there is no
‘one answer’.
