Now the Standard model is good.However, Higgs is missing, No gravity, No unification of forces, No explanation for neutrino mass, dark matter/dark energy

Explorer TeV scale origin of mass (=vacuum) new space-time symmetry extra dimensions ….

How do we challenge these long-standing questions ?

One country cannot do everything at one time !

We need to prioritize projects considering science merit.

The energy frontier (TeV scale) is most important.e.g. EPP2010 (NAS-USA), Strategy document (CERN) JAHEP report (Japan)

However, an energy frontier machine is most expensive.

why not purchase from the vendor ?

All the partners should benefit from contributing to the ILC. We need to convince our funding agency/government that contributi

on to the ILC is beneficial not only for its own sake but also other domestic projects such as ERL and/or SNS.

Advanced accelerator technology, SCRF technology in particular, has many spin-offs.
