2011 - Msgr. Clem Ignacio, Parish Priest of the Shrine of the Black Nazarene–Quiapo, thru Arch. Jose F. Advincula of Capiz, gave a replica image of the Black Nazarene to the Capizenos.

The Black Nazarene was designated as the patron saint of Baybay Mission Station, San Antonio Resort Village, Baybay, Roxas City, Philippines, under Fr. Josel V. Beltran.

December 16, 2012 – A temporary but beautiful church was blessed at Baybay Mission Station, San Antonio Resort Village, Baybay, Roxas City. It served the Basic Ecclesial Communities of Baybay Mission Station namely:

The lot at San Antonio Resort Village, where the Black Nazarene is located, was donated by Atty. & Mrs. Antonio & Cora Ortiz.
