NOISE CONTROL BARRIERS - SOUND PANELS
Stavoklima are the manufacturers of a variant of noise control measures that provide attenuation of noise generated from various industries. Technological containers, noise control covers, noise control barriers, mobile walls, noise control slats, waste gas dampers, core, and board noise dampers.

NOISE CONTROL BARRIERS - SOUND PANELS
Solitary wallThe fastest and simplest application that provides a wide rangeof variability options for the wall shape and its accessories.
The walls form an enclosed structureThe wall is appropriate for noise removal fromnoise sources on roofs. Omnidirectionalnoise spreading control is the bene t.
Walls applied on existing structuresThe walls for existing structures deal with supplementary noise attenuation even without shutting downthe source of the noise.
Walls for small customersCompact walls with high efectivity for a quick solution.

SOUND panels noise control barriersThe panels may be mounted individually on customer’s structure or on the structure supplied with the panels. The supporting steel structure adapted to static load and indicated design of arrangement is the base of a standard wall. The structure always subjects to static review and review of the assignment conditions. Distances of supporting members and dimensions of each panel may be adapted to speci c conditions on site. Always consult the design with the manufacturer.
Noise control SOUND panels with special accessories are then mounted on the structure. The accessories are included in the supply of the supporting structure.

Window in the wall: peek-through holes are also frequently usedto monitor operation conditions of the technology or for visual surveillance. The holes have required soundproofness (not reduced by the hole). Specify window sizes and version ( xed or openable) when placing your order.
Slats: to ventilate the technology, you can install ventilation slats into the SOUND wall. The slats, which use the pipe silencers, must have declared properties that do not reduce the acoustic properties of the wall. Stavoklima noise control slats are suitable for these applications, and they are integrated elements of the rainproof slats and e cient noise silencer. Experts of the manufacturers may design a silencer or noise control slats for you, or you can use Akuair acoustic software.
Installation procedure: Often required is the installation of the technologies, pipelines, or electric wiring through the SOUND walls. A special void panel may be applied for the requirements of this kind. Dimensions and speci cation of the lines must be available for the void panel draft.

Shapes of walls and accessoriesThe wall shapes always depend on the speci c application. Rectangular shapes of the wall are always preferred. Wide range of accessories is available for the SOUND walls, for example:
Drip bars: standard design for outdoor applicationLighting: for lighting during assembly, service, and maintenance the lights with appropriate designs with respect to technology
operation (including ATEX) and with relevant IP rating may be provided. Recommended installation of the lights is for entry or review door.
Shapes of walls and accessories for the SOUND panelsThe wall is always designed so that it is always located as closest as possible to the noise source. The wall shape is always adapted to specifi c possibilities of the application. Height of the wall depends on the noise source and its location. Also the place wherereduction of the acoustic pressure is required has substantial impact on the wall design.

Materials: The outdoor frame comprises zinc-coated metal she-et coated with RAL paints according to requests of the customer (standard RAL 9010, 7035). Upon request, e.g. for weight reasons, AlMg3 or stainless steel sheets for chemical, food, or pharma-ceutical industry may be used.
Panel padding: The panel padding is adapted to acoustic para-meters of the source. It comprises multiple certi ed materials, and their composition and mutual ratios inside the panel di er, and are results of long-term R&D and testing by the experts on acoustic. The panels are delivered in two basic depths 50mm and 100mm.

Use and application of the SOUND noise control barriersContinuously wide-spreading technologies and human health protection in particular bring the need of reduction of the noise limits on workplaces, in technological and production processes, as well as in the residential areas.Excessively noisy technologies (production lines, technological appliances, air-conditioning, emergency electricity sources, compre-ssor stations, and machines) can be provided with the SOUND noise control barriers formed into the walls to reduce noise level to appropriate levels. These noise control measures can be also widely applied in road and railway transports.
Technical description of the designThe SOUND panel has been developed for outdoor or indoor application. Types of the panels and their technical properties di er depending on the required attenuation level and type of the technological application. We manufacture noise control barriersconsisting of the SOUND system panels for acoustic sources.Included in the barrier supply may optionally be the supporting wall structure, revision door, windows, ventilation holes withguaranteed attenuation e ect, static review, supply of lights, assembly or general assembly, transport, measurement, and services.

Other: the panel structure is always designed with rainwater or condensate water drain. The panel core is foil protected or, in case of high water steam concentration operations, the pa-nels are sealed within the foil. The panels are designed for light mounting, and ready for standard handling components
