AAntonio Carraro saràpresente ad Enovitisin campo 2008 con la

serie Ergit, recentementearricchita di alcune impor-tanti novità. Il punto di forzadi questa serie, che com-prende sei modelli di trat-tori compatti ad alta tecno-logia, a 4 ruote isodiametri-che o con treno posterioremaggiorato, ideati per l’a-gricoltura specializzata e di-sponibili in varie motorizza-zioni da 50 a 95 CV, è costi-tuito dal telaio Actio (acro-nimo di telaio integraleoscillante Antonio Carra-ro). Si tratta di un poderosotrave d’acciaio solidale agliassali che ospita al suo in-terno la trasmissione poste-riore ed anteriore, con uno“snodo” al centro che con-sente le oscillazioni longitu-dinali del telaio. TThe Padua tractorfirm AntonioCarraro will be

on hand at Enovitis2008 and its field demosat the Falesco vineyards atMontecchio near Orvieto onJune 27-28 with the top ofthe range Ergit series: sixcompact high-tech modelsavailable with power units pro-ducing from 50 to 95 HP forspecialised farming. The trac-tors have isodiametric wheelsor an enlarged rear pair, andthey are fitted with an Actioframe, one of Antonio Carraro’sspecialities with its heavy cen-tral steel beam linked solidly tothe axles and housing the frontand rear transmission with acentral articulation to permitlongitudinal oscillation. Thismakes the tractor easier to usein small spaces and betweenrows as well as improving its er-gonomics and driving comfort.The top of the series is the TRG9400 N-Joy G Cab, which hasreversible driving and an 85 HPfour-cylinder turbo engine. AtEnovitis, it will be seen in the N-Joy version thanks to which thetools can be handled in thegreatest comfort. This particularversion also has larger wheels,two double effect distributorsand one repeated at the front,two lifting speeds, a doublesafety system for the driver, adownhill speed regulator, rapidhitch lift bars, working spotlight,back flanges in cast iron, slidertow hitch, and hydraulic thirdpoint power lift controlled elec-tronically by a button in the cab. The TRX reverse-drive multi-functional tractors, especiallysuited for working betweenrows, will also be at Enovitiswith the 7800, 8400, 9400 and10400 running on 68, 70, 85and 95 HP. Spe-cial points are the 32-gear syn-chronised transmission, 60-litretank, disk brakes in oil bath on allfour wheels, independent rearPTO with progressive hydraulicinsertion at 540 rpm, and hy-draulic system with two indepen-dent pumps. The Med versionhas larger wheels, a rear three-point hitch, rapid release hitchbars and rear ballast flanges.The SRX, the Ergit articulatedtractor, has reversible drive, a nar-row wheel base up to 1,000 mm,and four large equal drivingwheels. Enovitis will see the 67HP 8400 with optional StarLightcab, with a spherical curve profilehousing great comfort and manyfunctions, including an on-off joy-stick for easier control over tools.Antonio Carraro’s Tractor Peoplesector at Enovitis will also includethe TRH 9400 reversible drive 85HP model with hydraulic transmis-sion offering an infinite range ofspeeds back and forward and inrapid sequence. Special devicesincluding Speed-Fix make thistractor a specialist for constantspeed or a speed proportional tothe engine’s rpm.
