Змінилися погляди команди та, як наслідок,

багатьох співробітників університету на важливість

соціальної місії університету. Сформувався інший

погляд на важливість ціннісного підходу при

розробці місії та стратегії розвитку закладу.

Відбулась трансформація поглядів на автономність

та самоврядування університету, підходів до

побудови системи управління на основі розвитку

лідерства.

в Кембриджському університеті, дозволила

розпочати роботу з розробки стратегії розвитку

університету на найближчі п’ять років.

із Східноукраїнським університетом імені

Володимира Даля, зокрема щодо спільної діяльності

для посилення впливу університетів на регіон,

розвитку лідерського потенціалу місцевих

мешканців, насамперед молоді, подолання наслідків

конфлікту та пошуку шляхів розвитку Луганської

області.

Зміни на інституційному рівні з урахуванням ідей

розвитку лідерського потенціалу будуть закріплені в

новій стратегії розвитку університету, зокрема в

таких стратегічних напрямках:

•перехід на європейську модель управління

університетом, яка базується на ідеях

демократичності, прозорості та автономії;

•модернізація системи управління якістю освітніх

послуг;

•розвиток людських ресурсів;

•наповнення новим змістом ідеї студоцентризму.
