How it’s made.

Our process begins with customized Polylana® pellets.

RPET flakes from plastic bottles are mixed with Polylana® pellets.

The RPET and Polylana® mixture is extruded.

Proprietary blend Polylana® fiber is created.

Polylana® fiber is blended with a carrier fiber to create yarns.

Fiber is spun into Polylana® yarns.
