Controls the work of internal supervisor as well as merchandiser's.

Keeps daily watch over their work, suggests, oversees and relays the

information two-way (client-merchandiser)

Creates daily reports as well as monthly and quarterly evaluations to the

client

Communicates daily with the client, sales

representatives, controller, merchandisers.

INTERNAL SUPERVISOR (controller)

Shows up unannounced at sales objects visited by merchandisers

Controls the uphold of the standards, SKU number, shelf

placement, POS material display, FIFO shelf and stock standards, sales

object hygiene, stock, requisitioned goods.

Photographs and creates reports on his i.e. merchandiser's work.

tracking/reporting during the project duration (afterwards, the software

ownership goes to CCH)

• Information transmitted through PDA device on daily bases in real time

by mystery shopper

• Prize ordering and delivery by mystery shopper from the ditribution

center in every region

• Monthly reports to CCH management on the ongoing process by the

SPV, reports on project implementation, ordering and prize delivery
