3. The maintenance rate

4. Profit or return to capital

5. Occupation rate

Key insights:

• Difficult to compare KPIs if the basic functioning of the organization is not taken into account

• Use knowledge from WT on Strategy as input for the further work with KPIs. Based on different business models we have in various countries.
