• 43 Leads year-to-date (21.5/month on average)

• 47 Leads sent since 1/1/2014 (average of 23.5/month)

• Reminder: Leads are sent directly to the RD for forwarding to the local broker

• Leads are sent via both email and assigned through Executive Access

RDS Update

• We have provided several chances for all RDs to learn about the opportunities RDS provides

• REI will make a move-forward decision this week

2014 Franchise Advisory Council

• All members are solidified and have booked travel for the first meeting in 2014

• Meeting will take place March 18-20, 2014 in Scottsdale at the Hotel Valley Ho

• Some FAC Members have sent emails to brokers in their regions to ask about content

– System-wide announcement going out tomorrow (Wednesday, February 26, 2014)

• Vetting a keynote speaker (The “original Apprentice” Bill Rancic)

MSA Mastermind Series

• Starts today and we have a high participation rate of MSAs who have gone through the six week course

• We need brokers to make sure they enter their MSA is entered into our database as an admin

MLS Correspondence

• All MLS-related correspondence to REI should be sent to MLS@RealtyExecutives.com moving forward
