Major Archbishop USA Visit•His Beatitude Mar George Allencherry visited

the states two weekends ago in Chicago, IL•He addressed several youth coordinators and

also initiated the Diocese Youth Apostolate.

TORCH 2012

•Yes, we will be continuing our annual regional conference once again

•Location: Houston, TX (NOT at church)

•Date: July-August 2012

•Youth will work as a whole to put it on!

2nd Annual “Dodge That” Tournament

•Purpose: To raise money towards the Youth Center and bring out the Syro Malabar name into the Houston Community

•Prospective Date: Mon. December 19, 2011•Venue: TBD•Participants: Any Malayalee in Houston

▫6-8 players per team, Co-Ed, min. of 3 girls per team•Prizes: $$CASH$$•Extra: Creative T-Shirt/Costume Contest

Garland Church Consecration •December 17th – The newly constructed parish in Garland will be consecrated on 12/10. With an event this large, we hope to gather many youth participation and

outreach for the weekend!
