Description : dealing with designing, delivering, managing, planning, configurations, support, Security, Infrastructure and other provisions for better customer service through a ITSM tool ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

o Worked on Change Management, and asset management

o Lead a team of 3 members in the project, gathered requirements from the client and implemented various UI Actions, UI Policy, Data Policy, Business Rule, client scripts for various modules according to the requirements.

o Worked on Workflow Editor for various module to trigger events and to automate any task.

o Worked on Record producers to create an incident & problem by creating a Standard Change and added client scripts(JavaScript) to get required functionalities on its UI like adding logics for drop down or date/time.

o Enhancements of various ServiceNow Applications, Modules and CMS pages develop-ment.

o Integration of multiple ServiceNow instance using web services.

o Created on Rest messages to add, retrieve and update a set of data present between two instances on server.
