Zusammenfassung
• Qualitative „Kontextszenarien“ werden z.B. in den IPCC-Klimaszenarien
verwendet um die Unsicherheit und Inderdependenz der
gesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen systemanalytisch aufzufangen.
• In der Energieszenarioanalyse liegt eine ähnliche Problematik vor. Eine
Übertragung des Konzeptes erscheint aussichtsreich.
• Eine weitere Verbesserung kann darin bestehen, die Kontextszenarien
durch systematische qualitativ-systemanalytische Verfahren wie CIB zu
generieren.
• In der Helmholtz-Allianz ENERGY-TRANS ist die Anwendung von
Kontextszenarien zum Verlauf der Energiewende in mehreren Projekten,
u.a. in einer Kooperation von DLR und ZIRIUS geplant.
