(a) administering the Territory-wide System Assessment;

(b) matching personal data provided against other databases maintained by the Education Bureau; and

(c) conducting educational research

11 P.6 OE cum P3 Reserve OE• School can nominate extra qualified teachers

as P.3 or P.6 Reserve Oral Examiners. HKEAA may appoint them as External OE in other schools
