Relevant safety information SAF-T-DATA was designed by leading laboratory chemists, toxicologists and hygienists to provide safety information relevant to laboratory personnel.

Only SAF-T-DATA rates substances based on the potential hazards associated with day-to-day usage and handling, including the health risks of chronic exposure and contact.

Reactivity with common reagents Only SAF-T-DATA provides hazard ratings which indicate a substance's dangerous reactivity with other common laboratory chemicals.

Disposal codes, spill control and NFPA The BAKER SAF-T-DATA label also includes the official EPA Hazardous Waste Disposal Code, and instructions for emergency spill control. For the firefighter, the National Fire Protection Association ratings are also displayed.

Color-coded for compatible storage Over 2,000 products are already classified, color-coded for storage and available for shipment.
