Tips for Tool #1

• Establish relationships with all types of mentors/coaches/advocates to further your own growth• Focus on broadening your network by connecting with

people from various functions and levels• Remember: People like to help others. People like to be

needed and valued.

Tool #1: Activity

• Identify several people who could be master craftsmen & women • Who are experts at what they do?• Who has the job you want?

• Identify the various roles these people can play in your life.• Create action plan to connect with them in

mentor/coach capacity• Implement

Tool #2: Positive Attitude

• Can vs. Can’t• Muscle Test – Volunteer Needed!

• Be present. Mentally & Physically• Personal beliefs about self and its impact on self
